1. General office administration;
2. Documentation, filing and printing;
3. Library up-keeping;
4. Communication with international shipping companies;
5. Selection of service suppliers (such as shipping, custom clerance, printing, events' organization, etc.);
6. International travel arrangement;
7. Office administration related tasks: 1) official certificates preparation; 2) visa e HK/Macau entry permit application;
8. Exposure in International Shipping procedures is a definite advantage;
9. Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin; English/Chinese typing is a must;
10. Strong analisys and documentation skills;
11. Knowledge in Microsoft office include Word, power point and outlook;
12. Strong interpersonal and communicational skills, both of verbal and written;
13. Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines;
14.Daily interaction with international personnel and the ability to communicate effectively.
