职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Manage three support teams to perform daily operations in the areas of Finance, HR & Administration and Logistics
- Overall responsible for the accounting duties, including but not limit to budgeting, month-end closing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory and general ledger of the company and its branch companies
- Oversee cash flow budgeting & forecasting and monthly financial analysis schedules
- Liaise with internal and external parties in handling daily disbursement of company funds, inter-company transaction record, reconciliations and settlement
- Monitor day-to-day operations of the teams to minimize operational risk and streamline workflow
- Ensure the accuracy of regulatory reporting and the compliance of relevant rules and regulations under the local and group requirements
- Formulate and review policies and procedures to cope with changes in internal and regulatory requirements
- Reporting to the Finance Director in Hong Kong, liase and work with Group / Hong Kong Internal Audit and Finance function to review and execute internal audit program in China and to standardize Finance and Accounting procedures and policies as part of Greater China region.
- Inventory control with the aim to optimize the inventory level in China. Supervise the Logistics, HR & Administration functions for a cost effective operations.
- Provide constructive recommendations in each functions of Finance, HR & Admin and Logistics and to instigate improvements and to execute remedial actions to manage risk effectively
Requirements:
- University Degree holder in Accounting/Finance with professional qualification such as ACCA, HKICPA, CICPA
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in finance and accounting function with minimum 5 years’ managerial experience in MNC, preferably in luxury retail industry. Experience in managing Logistics, HR and Admin functions an advantage.
- Familiar with PRC legal requirements, regulations for Retail, importation operations, PRC taxation regulation and treasury management
- Hands on experience in ERP System, preferably Oracle
- Strong interpersonal, communication and management skills
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
- Presentable, highly-motivated, adaptable and self-starter
- Proficiency in computer literacy and report writing
- Excellent in written and spoken English
