职责描述：

－根据产品提出并完善焊接工艺评定项目，编制焊接工艺评定指导书并组织实施；
－编制焊接工艺规程及焊接工艺卡；
－编制焊缝返修方案；
－检查生产现场与焊缝质量相关的工艺执行情况，分析并解决焊缝质量技术问题；
－协助设备管理人员进行焊接设备进厂验收、调试，及设备在使用过程中的参数记录；
－制订焊工培训计划，组织焊工考试，建立各类技术档案；


岗位要求：

－焊接类或材料类专业；
－熟悉各类自动焊接设备；

－熟悉焊接行业常用标准及压力容器行业标准。
