职位描述
Responsibility:
- Provide timely quality remote technical support to resolve customers' desktop PC and Personal Media Drive problems via phone. Record and update customers' cases in Tracking System for proper tracking and follow-up.
- Handle inbound and outbound Calls and customer-related issues
- Call logging, status update, call back and follow up until case closure
- Comply to call flow handling
- Remote troubleshooting for Hardware and Software
- Provide a single point of contact for Consumer PC customer for technical phone support
- Use problem solving skills and product knowledge to resolve remote technical queries in a timely manner
- Provide accurate and understandable information to customer remotely
- Generate onsite, pop or bench request when customer's issue is unable to resolve remotely and/or the nature of problem is
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction whilst providing technical assistance
- Maintain accuracy when logging and/or updating call details in Tracking System
- Be familiar with all processes, Product, technical knowledge, escalation path and customer handling skills
- Remain polite, patient and courteous with customer throughout the service engagement
Requirements:
-1 year related experience
-Must have good command of English, both oral and written.
-Must be able to speaking in Mandarin fluently.
-Technical knowledge of various OS
-Knowledge of MS office
-Knowledge of Networking and Internet Browsers (Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator)
-Knowledge of basic PC and printer troubleshooting in LAN environment
-Good understanding of Australia, New Zealand or Singapore culture is preferred
