职位描述
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Answer customer enquiries, and solve their problems on time
? Provide information about the programs supported to enable customers’ access and understanding benefits
? Identify customer’s requirements and ensure that they are answered or routed through to the appropriate support area
? Escalate issues that are outside of the service boundaries
? Manage customer’s escalated cases and ensure that they are answered, tracked and escalated as required
? Perform all procedures according to guidelines including following call flows, work processes, problem resolution, data entry requirements and complaint management processes
? Perform outbound calls to subscribers and partners as required
? Follow correct processes and procedures for any changes in the supplied tools as required
? Provide high level professional and competent customer service to ensure customer’s satisfaction
? Able to communicate effectively with customers
? Ensure that all assigned activities and tasks are performed and or documented in accordance to the Data Quality guidelines
? Willing to follow the working time assigned by immediate supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
? Native level of Thai/Indonesian/Vietnamese speaker
? Good command of both spoken and written English and/or Mandarin
? 2 years or above of full time customer facing experience or relevant work experience
? Typing skills minimum 40WPM
? Strong demonstrated Internet navigation skills
? A working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
? Ability to "talk and type" (to be verified at interview stage)
? Good analytical problem solving skills; linear and logical troubleshooting skills (to be determined during interview process)
? Self-disciplined and perceptive
? Action and service oriented – demonstrate initiative and a friendly, "can do" attitude
? Excellent telephone communication skills with clients
? Ability to prioritize, independent, ability to make informed decisions
? Nice voice, strong team spirit and have confidence
