岗位职责：
1、 收集客户需要，及时更新市场信息；
2、 发展潜在客户并跟踪直到合同签定；
3、 协助销售经理准备文件资料；
4、 销售市场包括酒店、写字楼、综合体、医疗机构、政府机关等；
5、工作地点在杭州，待遇基本工资加提成。

职位要求：
1、 年龄25-38岁，大专以上学历；
2、 具备一定的英语基础；
3、 具备良好的身体状况，充沛和旺盛的精力，承受压力和挫折的坚毅性格；
4、 专业的沟通技能，良好的语言表达能力，较好的文字撰写能力，熟练操作办公软件；
5、 物业管理专业、有同行业工作经验者优先录用。
