我们是淘宝网商城、店铺网络销售，电子商务，绝非家庭作业，公司现在职位有30多人，现为扩展业务需要，招聘该职位。
基本素质：
1．热爱本行业，对电子商务有一定理解，大体了解电子商务的发展方向和前景。
2．有一定的营销技巧，熟悉电脑基本操作，打字速度较快，一分钟60字以上。
3．性格温和，脾气好，有耐心，不和客户争执，有强烈的责任心和团队精神。做事有条理，有计划，有耐心。速度快！认真细致。
4. 能主动与陌生人交流，大胆热情，不要怕被别人拒绝。
5. 团队配合能力强！
职位描述
1. 通过淘宝旺旺、QQ线上即时与客户沟通，懂得如何向外推广店铺，推销自己的产品以及服务。接待前来购物的顾客,回答客户的提问,促成销售。
2. 处理售后服务问题。做好整理工作。
3. 协助质检、配发货。
4. 编辑、上架商品。
5．疑难订单的追踪和查件。
6. 店铺的日常管理及维护。
7．在了解淘宝的流程和特点的基础上，能根据实际情况提出适当的营销方案，提供浏览量和成交率，提高网店和品牌知名度。

1. 有淘宝店铺客服相关工作经验或懂PS者优先！
2. 只接受长期工作，短期不予考虑。
