职位描述
Primary Responsibilities
? Cooperate with UK product manager to work with either existing supplier /new sourced supplier on OEM/ODM product development
? Accompany UK product manager on far east buying trip(every 2-3 month)
? Sample order, purchase order, shipping documents management
? Manage sample production with supplies to catch up photo shooting schedule
? Prepare requests for deposit and final payments
? Prepare and send product labels & shipping marks to supplier
? Monitor supplier production schedules and shipment performance
? Distribute supplier key performance indicator (KPI) data monthly to suppliers, and work out CAP on continuously improvement
? Identify, visit and evaluate new suppliers
? Supplier payment term, price reduction, MOQ, quality claim negotiation
Main Requirements
? Four (4) year degree in international trade, supply chain management or business management from a qualified university
? Minimum three (3) years work experience managing suppliers for a trading company/European buying office in Asia
? Minimum three (3) years work experience in the lighting, textile and furniture, wall art areas
? Solid knowledge of ERP systems and logic, specifically supply chain ERP modules
? Possesses extensive supplier negotiation skills and strategies
? Highly organized with strong task follow-up capabilities
? Strong inter-personal, communication and negotiation skills
? Fluent spoken/written English and Chinese
? Continuous learner
? Possesses ability to create, improve and follow work processes
? Understands and applies the concept of teamwork
