Purpose of the Position:

To support and execute all budget & finance work related to Customer Service Technical Operation activities.


Key responsibilities:

1. Make Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly and long-term budget plan according to current business needs and future business plan.

2. Update budget plan and re-allocate budget regularly according to business needs and company strategy. And make sure the budget plan aligned with Finance.

3. Create and deliver regularly and individual Purchase Notification papers according to business needs and within budget given.

4. Coordinate and support team members on supplier selecting process and payment process.

5. Track and record all finance related papers, e.g. Purchase Notification, Purchase Order, Payment Request, Travel & Expense Report, etc.

6. Summarize and report team budget spending regularly or on demand and deliver improvement suggestion accordingly.

7. Cooperate with team members and Finance Team to accrual budget to next year and track accrual budget spending.

8. Keep smooth communication with Finance Team to deliver budget plan/analyses/report and explain business needs.

9. Perform spending analyses regularly and make sure the spending aligned with budget plan.

10. Coordinate and support other teams in Technical Operation to

- Make and update budget plan

- Consolidate purchase plan

- Track budget spending

- Analyze budget needs

- Consolidate business KPIs



Required:

- Bachelor degree in accounting/finance/economics.

- At least 3 year's financial experience in multi-national companies

- Good understanding of automotive business or training business is a strong plus;

- CET-6/TEM-4 or equivalent oral and written English level;

- Professional appearance and personality;

- Team player and willing to learn;

- Proficient with Microsoft office & other common computer applications.
