Job Title: Fund Accountant(Night Shift)

Location: Shanghai, China

Description: The Fund Accountant role will encompass all facets of the calculation of net asset values on a variety of complex hedge funds. Working closely with the senior fund accountants and account managers.

Your most important tasks and responsibilities are:

1. Performing the administration of and any services pursuant to administration agreements in respect of a portfolio of hedge funds

2. Assisting with the preparation of Net Asset Value calculations, financial statements and associated reports

3. Generate and deliver accurate daily NAV calculations and certain month end final NAV responsibilities

4. Assist Controller/Senior Controller with month end/year end deliverables including balance sheet tie out & year end financial stmt work

5. Assisting auditors and other advisers, preparing Annual Reports

6. Interact effectively with other Fund Accounting Controllers, accounting team members, and other supporting department(s) to resolve month end balance sheet verification issues and any issues relating to client deliverables

7. Working with the Investor Relations group

Qualification:

1. Bachelor level degree in accounting, finance, economics or other relevant professional designation;

2. Experience in Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds, or Big 4 accounting/auditing environment is preferred;

3. Accounting knowledge;

4. Number sensitive and detail oriented;

5. Strong computer skills, especially Excel and English ability.

岗位描述：基金会计分析员职责包括计算对冲基金净值的各个方面。与高级基金会计分析员和基金会计经理密切工作。

主要工作内容、职责如下：

1. 完成对冲基金行政服务协议中的所有工作内容

2. 协助完成基金净值计算,财务报表和相关报表

3. 生成并提交正确的每日净值计算表，及特定的月末最终净值的计算

4. 协助监控员和资深监控员完成月末/年末交付任务（包括资产负债表核对及年末财务报表）

5. 协助审计师和其他咨询机构,准备年度报告

6. 有效地与基金会计部的其他员工,及业务关联部门交流,解决与月末资产负责表、客户交付任务相关的问题

7. 与投资者关系团队协同工作

要求：

1. 会计，金融，经济专业本科学历;

2. 有对冲基金，共同基金或者四大会计师事务所从业经验者优先；

3. 对基金会计有一定了解；

4. 对数字敏感，注重细节

5. 掌握办公室软件，特别是Excel，并能熟练运用英文沟通
