职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for assembly, quality, and delivery etc. of D2UX at Yantai supplier park;
2. Keep good communication with the customer in terms of quality, delivery and any other aspects on behalf of Kautex;
3. Supervise(Training, Coaching and Monitor) daily operation of Yantai supplier park to Kautex standards and requirements are understood by the partner and are implemented properly
4. Submit qualified samples in different phases or according to customer's requirements;
5. Responsible for achieving manufacturing process quality targets to satisfy customer's requirements;
6. Responsible for achieving delivery target to satisfy customer's requirements;
7. Compile WI and updated when lesson learned or customer requirement happened;
8. Additional responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineer or related field;
2. 5+ years of Quality engineer experience with automotive supplier industry;
3. Quality Engineer Certified must be needed, and be familiar with different quality analysis tools;
4. Be familiar with ISO/TS16949;
5. Outstanding attention to detail;
6. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills;
7. Energetic, highly self-motivated, and able to work efficiently in a rapidly-changing environment;
8. Good oral and written English prefer
