Job Title:Relationship Manager/ Senior Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:
The position offers a worthwhile challenge, as you will be thoroughly grounded on the fine tradition of private banking and will be able to fully develop your potential to succeed in this specialized segment of the banking field.
1.Develop and maintain client relationships
2.Achieve annual revenue targets and objectives.
3.Work closely and partner with OCBC and BOS's Investment advisors, Product Group, and other counterparts to develop and maintain a group of dedicated clients.
4.Build market share and enhance client asset size over time.
5.Provide professional investment advice to clients.
6.Source prospects and actively involved in developing new business; and capitalize business opportunities.
7.Keep up-to-date knowledge on market trend, keep abreast of different investment products and services, and give input for new product development based on valuable awareness of client's investment needs.
8.Create networking synergies with OCBC and BOS businesses.
9.Manage the performance of Relationship Officer, including setting clear objectives, directing daily work, and skills development.
10.Maintain systems and controls to ensure the Bank comply with rules and regulations in accordance with Code of Conduct and Regulatory Guidelines by:
1)Observing policies and regulations at all times, including code of conduct, suitability, cross border restrictions and relevant ordinances of China, HK, and Singapore.
2)Maintaining data confidentiality by observing internal guidelines.
3)Keeping client profiles and documentation complete, accurate and up-to-date.
4)Keeping scorecard and minimizing discrepancies in client documentations, transaction records and credit exceptions.
5)Conducting suitability, product due diligence and maintaining records on selling of investment products.

Requirements:
1.Have at least 4 years'related experience for Relationship Manager
2.Have at least 8 years' related experience for Senor Relationship Manager
3.Consistently strong performer who builds accounts and grows revenue year on year
4.In-depth product knowledge
5.Familiar with banking procedures and compliance standard for China
6.Excellent sales and relationship management skills
7.Ability to maintain client relationships
8.Good analytic capabilities, presentation and organization skills
9.Self-motivated and confident with a high degree of initiative required
10.Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines
11.Excellent team player and exhibit a high level of motivation and drive
12.Degree holder with good results especially in banking-related fields.
