1、岗位职责
1.1 负责物流部人力、物力的组织、调度、分配，如原辅料、包材、零配件、化学原料和成品仓库等;
1.2 督促部门按实际生产计划及时完成原辅料等其他相关物料的采购，并控制仓库有足够的库存；
1.3 定期召开部门会议，将部门内部存在的不良问题进行有效的改善；
1.4 负责制订部门内部相关的制度以及员工培训体系，并加以贯彻落实；
1.5 督促仓库定期的物料盘点；
1.6 编制部门内年度各项费用预算；
1.7 及时与各部门进行工作上的沟通与协调，以促进工作更好的完成；
1.8 审核并指导公司运输等管理体系的运作实施；
2、岗位要求

2.1 本科以上学历，英语听说读写能力良好；
2.2 具有5年以上外企同等相关管理工作经验，且有医疗器械行业工作经验为佳；
2.3 熟悉国家经济法律法规、物流产业方针、政策，掌握本专业专业知识；
2.4 具有丰富的工作组织与领导能力；
2.5 具有良好的口头及书面沟通能力。
