工作职责：
1、 能独立完成所有模具的制作并能准确无误的识图；
2、 负责模具制造以及调试等相关工作，且能独立完成试模具和修模具；
3、 负责生产部所管辖范围内的所有模具，对操作人员进行培训，使操作者具备模具调试的
一定技能；
4、 对模具故障进行处理以及对外协模具提出改善的建议，参与任何与模具相关的质量改进与
生产效率的改进；
5、 协助模具主管进行模具的申购、验收、调试、保养、记录以及维修工作。

任职要求：
1、技校或以上学历毕业,懂机械制图﹐有机械基础；
2、5年以上塑胶模具加工制造经验，熟悉模具加工流程；
3、对模具有一定的认知﹐包括冲压和注塑模,从事过注塑机操作和模具开模养护的优先；
4、 工作认真，有一定的责任心。
