Job Purpose:

· Process AR & Tax transactions in line with defined performance standards and individual/group targets;

· Assist function manager with team management to ensure smooth daily operation and team development;

协助职能经理管理团队，确保日常工作顺利进行和团队发展；

· Actively contribute to dedicated project for process improvement．

Key Responsibilities:
主要职责

Delivery提供
·Perform dedicated customer’s accounting activities which comply with Group policies, local regulations and FSSC standards, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction;
遵循集团制度、当地法规及财务共享中心操作规范，完成所负责的客户的会计业务，确保服务质量和客户满意度；
·Assist manager with resource allocation, process standardization, etc.;
协助经理完成人员安排和流程标准化等工作；
·Follow up action plan implementation arising from team KPI, meetings, audit report, internal control, etc.;
跟踪关于团队绩效指标、会议、审计报告和内部控制等行动计划的执行情况；
·Supervise activities performed by team members to ensure effective problem solving or timely escalation to advanced level;
指导团队成员工作，确保问题的有效解决或及时汇报给上一级；
·Assist manager with backup training, team building, experience sharing, performance appraisal, etc.;
协助经理完成后备人员的培训、团队建设、经验分享和绩效评估等;
·Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.
完成分配的其他任务或项目。

·Actively contribute to continuous improvement on process optimization and internal control level to improve customer service quality;
积极致力于财务共享中心的工作流程持续优化和内部控制持续加强，以提高客户服务质量；
·Continuously improve team and personal professional skills and core competencies to meet company development requirement.

Qualification Requirements：
任职要求
* Typical Education Level 教育背景：
· Bachelor Degree and above in Accounting or Finance; CPA/ACCA is a plus;
学士学位及以上，会计或财务专业；具专业会计师资格证书者优先考虑；

* Relevant experience, knowledge and skills 相关经验技能：
·5+ years finance experience with 2+ years relevant management experience in MNC;
5年以上财务工作经验，其中2年以上跨国公司相关管理经验；
· Proficient in IFRS and accounting standards;
精通中外会计准则；
·Be familiar with SAP/QAD module;
熟悉SAP/QAD系统；
·Proficient in Office software;
熟练使用办公软件；
·Good communication and English skill.
良好的沟通技能和英语技能。
