职位描述

要求：

1、具有本科及以上学历，财务会计相关专业；

College Degree in Accounting or relevant discipline

2、三年以上制造类企业成本核算、分析与管理工作经验；使用过SAP R3、Oracle等大型ERP软件成本模块者优先

3+ years of practical experience in similar position of manufacturing Company

3、熟悉制造类工业企业的收料、发料、入库、发运各个环节的操作

Familiar with the mateial move procedure in factory

4、熟悉成本核算、成本帐务处理、费用归集、费用分摊、差异分析，财务预算，报表分析等成本管理工作；

Proficient in costing flow、cost caculation、variance analysis、report ananlysis and expense allocation

5、熟练使用Excel、Visio、Word等办公软件。

Skillful to use Office、Visio、Oracle and SAP system experience

6、良好的学习能力，独立工作能力和财务分析能力；

Strong ability in self-motivated and able to work independently

7、具有良好的英语听说读写能力

Good skill in English

8、工作仔细认真、敬业、责任心强、严谨，有良好的纪律性、团队合作精神 ;具有较强的沟通、协调能力。

High responsibility for daily work，Good cooperate with colleagues skill and good teamwork concept, Strong communication and management skills. Can work under pressure.

9、需要在上海工作一年

work in Shanghai for 1 year.

职责范围：

1、负责公司成本核算，

Responsible for costing accounting according to the rules of Company

2、成本控制与分析

Responsible for costing control and analysis

3、存货监控与周转分析

Responsible for Inventory Monitor

4、存货标准制造成本更新

STD cost for material and finish goods maintenance in System

5、参与成本控制管理制度设计和成本目标规划；

Involved in the design of regulation for cost control and plan

6、固定资产的核算与管理

Responsible for fixed assets accounting

7、上级安排的其他任务。
