· Manage and coordinate financial information and procedures

· Ensure that all bookkeeping and financial reporting is in compliance with legal and corporate requirements

· Conduct periodic financial reporting

· Correctly handle payment of salaries and payment of suppliers etc.

· Provide financial information on timely basis to internal and external parties

· Provide ad hoc financial performance analysis for management and board of directors

· Assist internal and external auditors in auditing company accounts and procedures

· Set up and manage purchasing procedures

· Coordinate with global and local suppliers to purchase and bring in equipment and raw material for us in production

· Cooperate with local customs department for imported equipment and raw material and for export of goods

· Set up and manage financial procedure in PolyTech Wuxi

· Conduct periodic financial reporting

· Handle all the payment in PolyTech Wuxi

· Monitor cash flow
