Job Responsibility:

-Taking ownership of investigating and resolving client issues, including financial questions, platform navigation, technical issues and other customer concerns
解决客户相关问题，包括财务问题、平台使用导航、技术问题等
-Thorough knowledge of ChinaScope’s Platform and ability to help guide our clients through the platform
全面了解我们产品平台功能，并指导客户如何使用
-Establish credibility and confidence in each customer interaction to ensure the highest level of customer service
与客户建立相互信任关系，保证为客户提供最佳的服务
-Help support the Sales team on a daily basis and will work closely with the Financial & Analytics and Technology teams on any client issues
协助销售团队与各个部门协调解决日常客户问题

Requirements:
职位要求:
-College Graduate (Bachelors degree; preferably with a degree in finance, accounting, sales and marketing, business)
本科以上学历，金融、会计、市场营销等相关专业
-Fluent in English and Chinese
中英文流利
-Excellent communication and problem solving skills with a customer-focused attitude
优秀的沟通和解决问题能力，具备专业的服务意识
-Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and prioritize in demanding situations
有上进心，善于处理紧急事件或多任务状况
-Advanced interpersonal and teamwork skills

-Excellent PC skills with working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases
