Job Responsibilities:

工作职责：

-Providing professional support and advice on recruitment to all departmental head

在招聘方面，提供专业支持及服务给到各部门主管

-Run effective recruitment processes for all departments and task oriented

确保高效的招聘过程，任务导向

-Developing creative recruitment solutions if the organization is experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of staff

不断拓展招聘渠道以吸引优质人才

-Devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, psychometric tests, personality questionnaires and other activities

招聘环节流程的设计，运作，评估工作

-Training other managerial staff in interviewing techniques and on the role of the assessor at a selection centre

在面试技巧上给予管理岗位的员工培训

-Provide assistance in employment termination processes

员工离职程序中给予协助

-Produce ad-hoc services as required by the HR project

为人力资源部项目提供服务

-Compete other tasks to be assigned by supervisors

完成其他由主管布置的工作

Requirements:

职位要求:

-University graduate or above, with 1 years of working experience in headhunting industry

大学本科及以上，1年以上猎头行业相关工作经验

-Independent and Motivated, and keep to take initiative in daily work

能自发且独立工作

-Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin

优异的中英文沟通能力

-Ability to handle pressure and manage conflicting demands

抗压性和处理工作中需求冲突的能力
