To support the fast and sustainable growth, PEER Group R&D Centre now invites high caliber personnel to take up the position of Testing Engineer. The position will be located in Xinchang and report to the Assistant Testing Manager.

Job Summary
As a member of testing team, work with global application engineering team, product development team and manufacturing to conduct application test, fatigue life test, mud slurry test etc. Manage and maintain all the test rigs to support test project to move forward according to the testing plan.

Key Responsibilities
The incumbent will perform the following key responsibilities and other functions that may be assigned in the future.

？ Maintain and calibrate the equipment
？ Creating/execute the SOP for test equipment
？ Prepare proper conditions of test equipment
？ Set-up the rig, assemble pieces and follow-up test according to project schedule
？ Perform measurements on pieces before, during and after test
？ Manage data acquisition systems
？ Treat and analyze recorded data
？ Install and validate new testing equipment
？ Manage equipments life, doing calibrations and uncertainty calculations
？ Realize preventive and unscheduled maintenance on equipments
？ Participate to continuous improvement actions on equipments
？ Promote 5S and TPM activities
？ Manage test tooling and test samples
？ Manage technician’s training, work and performance
？ Perform other duties as assigned and requested

Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills
？ Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering
？ Minimum 3 years’ mechanical industry working experience
？ At least 2 years’ testing working experience (Bearing industry working experience is preferred)
？ Familiar with bearing industry testing standard
？ Proficient in English
？ Familiar with AutoCAD and Office etc
？ Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
？ Creative and team worker
？ Interested in testing work, and willing to stay in this area in long term

职位概要

主要职责
就职人员将承担下列的主要职责及其它未来可能被委任的职能。

? 保养、校准所有的试验设备
? 创建/执行试验设备的标准操作规程
? 确保所有的试验设备处于良好的工作状况
? 安装试验机和试验相关的零部件，并根据计划跟踪和推进整个试验项目
? 在试验前后检测试验样品
? 管理试验设备的数据采集系统
? 审核和分析试验原始记录数据
? 安装和验证新采购的试验设备
? 管理设备的使用寿命，开展设备验证和不确定度计算等工作
? 落实预防性（计划内）和非预定计划（临时出错）的试验设备保养维护工作
? 参与试验设备持续不断升级改造的工作
? 试验室现场5S管理和设备TPM保养工作
? 管理所有的试验工装和试验样品
? 管理试验技术员的培训、日常工作安排和绩效考核
? 完成其它临时性分配、需要的工作


必须的经验，知识及技能

? 机械工程相关专业本科毕业
? 至少有3年的机械行业工作经历，至少2年的实验室工作经历，如有轴承行业经验更佳
? 熟悉轴承行业的相关试验标准
? 熟练的英文水平
? 能熟练使用CAD和办公软件
? 善于表达和人际交往
? 具有创新能力和团队合作精神
? 对试验工作有浓厚的兴趣，并愿意长期在此岗位发展
