POSITION: Planner & Buyer, Klauke China
LOCATION: Su-Tong Science Technology Park, Nantong

POSITION SUMMARY:
Organization of work flow and processes within the logistics division through coordination of staff and as well as active contribution within the work processes under consideration of Quality, Quantity and deadlines.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
This position reports to Operation Manager. In addition, the incumbent must work closely with all internal depts. and follow policies and procedures.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Legally，safely, timely, efficiently implement indirect & direct material purchasing according to internal Request.
2. Comply with governmental statute and company regulator during indirect & direct material purchasing.
3. Manage contract on indirect material , order releasing, tracking on indirect & direct material.
4. Support Finance dept on supplier invoice clarification
5. Search potential indirect supplier.
6. Manage & assess supplier performance of price, delivery, quality, service.
7. Make sure indirect& direct goods on time delivery.
8. Achieve inventory target
9.Arrange production schedule according to order & forecast , equipment, manpower and make sure on time shipment
10.On time feedback to sales manager/distributor on shipment information
11.Be responsible for production schedule during project development phase.
12.Be responsible for FG,WIP, material stock control in the phase of EWO
13.Make out inventory strategy and maintain inventory level under AOP.
14.In time delivery weekly, monthly reports
15.Make sure correctness of related data base
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
This position requires 6 year scheduling experience in a high volume manufacturing facility automotive preferred. Nice to have University degree in Supply Chain. This position requires MRPII, Ariba, EDI ect Software experience. Project Management, plan & manage multiple complex projects and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. It lean manufacturing techniques and knowledge/understanding of customer requirements. Have to Professional Advanced Training in Green Belt Training. It is Familiar with Primary language of plant location and the second language is English. Work with customer and suppliers from outside home country.
