职位描述
Main responsibilities:
1. Liaison with oversea tax manager independently and coordinate the assignment of headquarters.
2. Communicate with oversea business leader and give professional support in tax field.
3. Assist in making the tax policy regarding Transfer Pricing. Responsible for the management of Advance Pricing System and preparation of related documents.
4. Liaison with tax consultant outside and follow up.
5. Direct and review the tax related documents submitted from oversea branches.
6. Give close eyes on the most recent international tax policies and analyze its influences on the global business of our company and make the proposal to management team;
7. Provide consultancy and training to internal staff.
Requirements:
1. Degree holders in tax, accounting, finance or related disciplines. Master is preferred.
2. CTA or CPA holder will be considered as a definite advantage;
3. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in MNC /international accounting firm/tax firm, 2 years of which must be in charge of oversea tax.
4. Strong communication and language skills (particularly English and Mandarin).
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills which are reflected by the ability to motivate the team and manage people.
