职位描述
Main responsibilities:
1. Providing generalist HR service & support to regional presidents, managers and /or employees across specified BUs;
2. Completes HR and cross-BU initiatives and projects;
3. Provide HR support and advice, and communicate with the HR COE function, BU leaders and employees on matters such as employment conditions and policy, recruitment and selection, performance management, retention initiatives, talent development, salary/bonus planning, employee benefits;
4. Manage the Learning & Development nomination and participation process;
5. Complete related HR tasks as required such as org chart, Oracle HR accuracy, international rotations; employee relocation issues, etc;
6. Be a HR Champion ensuring all HR practices and standards conform to the Company’s HR strategy, policy and guidelines. Champion the Company’s Values and Culture;
7. Participate in HR initiatives and projects, taking the lead or driving role in designated projects.
Requirements:
1. Qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline, e.g. Master of Business administration or psychology, Commerce, etc;
2. Minimum 10 years in a HR generalist/advisory/consultant role and 4 years in a HR management position, international HR or overseas experience is a plus;
3. Very fluent English and Mandarin both in oral and written;
4. Practical experience in selection & recruitment, C&B, performance management, organization development etc.;
5. Skilled in IT applications, e.g. MS office, PS and Oracle systems, data analysis etc.
6. Understanding of IR/ER related issues and legislation (preferred);
7. Maintains up to date knowledge of Compliance, Legislative & Regulatory requirements and seeks further clarification if required.
8. Proactive in taking the initiatives and Self-motivated;
9. Other related competences required :Business acumen; Building business partnerships;
10. Coaching &development; balanced judgment/problem Solving;
11. Teamwork/collaboration ;Good communication skills; Planning and organizing/Work Management;
