Purpose of Role
In order to fulfil workshop manpower requirement and accomplish Job 1 project
Main Responsibilities
1 .Manage RPO project for worker recruitment specifically;
2.Manage and cooperate with RPO supplier to make sure good delivery according to timeline in order to meet business targets;
3.Develop strong relationships with both internal customer and external suppliers
4.Maintain and improve assessment materials.
5.Work as a business partner with specified functions
Key cross functional influences
Cross functionality required across all areas of the Purchasing/MFG and supplier
1. Examples of Knowledge
Degree in a Business / Commercial discipline
Commercial acumen and negotiation experience
2. Example of Skills
Strong computer skill (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Strong communication skills.
Fluency in English and Mandarin
3. Examples of Experience
3-year plus Automotive background with multinational OEM
At least 3 years team management experience
Ability to present complex issues to a varied audience
4. Examples of Behavioural Criteria
Able to be flexible with working arrangements including shifts & overtime where required
The ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision when necessary to deliver key objectives.
Must have a record of proactive delivery and commitment to meeting deadlines
1 ,A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2, Significant recruitment experience (5 years or more) with a proven track record of delivering high quality hires with strong line manager and candidate satisfaction in worker recruitment area.
3, Well-developed interpersonal skills. The capacity to develop formal and informal relationships and networks in order to engage and build rapport with clients, peers and suppliers
4 Good organizational skills. Ability to priorities work load.
5,Enthusiastic, pro-active, confident, problem solver, self motivated ,team player, Building relationships with good interpersonal skills, negotiating skills, and good written and oral communication skills in Mandarin and English.
6,Good sense of personal organisation and time management.
7,Experience of working in an automotive company is prefer.
