生产工程师负责总装区域所有生产工程的工作。包括工艺过程，生产问题解决，工业工程，工艺改进和一线生产支持。
The purpose of the Production Engineer is to be responsible for all Production Engineering activities within Trim & Final Assembly. Activities include Process Engineering, Production Problem Solving, Industrial Engineering, Process Improvement Activities and First Line Production Support.

Maintain and update engineering processes to support the generation of production process sheets.
确定并支持持续改善以确保精益过程的实施。
Identify and support Kaizen activities to ensure lean processes are implemented.
在生产区域推动标准化
Drive standardisation within the production areas.
支持生产日常问题的解决和一般的日常支持。
Support production daily with problem solving and general day to day support, when required.
支持子系统团队过程并实施改进以提高内部和外部质量数据。
Support the sub-system team process and implement improvements to improve internal and external quality data.
支持“变更管理”过程，通过协调生产线，并支持工程变更。
Support the ‘manage the change’ process, by co-ordinating line-trials, and supporting engineering changes.
使用DMAIC方法指导复杂问题的解决。
Lead complex problem solving activities using the DMAIC methodology.

The Production Engineer will have no direct reports, but will be an influential member of the Engineering and Production Team.
1.Experience in Trim Production as a supervisor within the automotive industry.
