岗位职责
1.      高层管理职位，协助决策层制定公司发展战略，负责其功能领域内短期及长期的公司决策和战略，对公司中长期目标的达成产生重要影响；
2.      了解客户需求，探索及优化现有商业模式;
3.      协调部门之间的协作，规范业务流程，完成目标；
4.      负责现有商业模式的推广，能强有力的将计划转变成结果，实现市场占有率；
5.      建立和管理团队，对团队成员及相关部门进行培训及指导、

任职要求：
1.      本科或以上学历，管理、经济、营销、财务等相关专业；
2.      五年以上B2B公司相关工作经验，其中至少3年以上服务类型产品大型销售团队管理经验；
3.      有较强的市场感知能力，敏锐地把握市场动态；
4.      具有很强的团队建设能力、组织开拓能力；
5.      出色的人际沟通能力、商务谈判能力和较强的观察力、创新力和应变能力。
