Manage the laboratories and the project portfolio in the Asia-Pacific zone to align the region's resources & priority to the GBU roadmap & strategy.
Build & lead the AP teams in order to establish a leading innovation site within the organization.

* PhD or equivalent in Inorganic chemistry or Materials Science
* 7+ to 10 years experience in R&D management in chemical industries or the industries related to the GBU businesses such as automotive or electronics.
* International working experience highly preferred
* Demonstrated experience in build R&D teams required
* Strong team leadership and influencing skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent project management skills
* Excellent written and oral presentation skills
* Good interpersonal skills
* Ability to create internal and external network for the self and the teams.
* Solid understanding of inorganic chemistry and the applications thereof
* Customer oriented
* Good knowledge of intellectual properties

* Fluent English skill required
* Chinese language skill very highly preferred
