The Marketing Specialist identifies the key Marcom initiatives such as NPI, Symposium, exhibition, on line / off line media through VOC from commercial team, business development, BU and customers. The people works with marketing manager to prioritize the key Marcom initiatives and to allocate the resource properly according to the annual Marcom budget and the existing situation. The people works with service / commercial / BD team to demonstrate the value proposition of the product and to map out the Marcom channel through various forms of Marcom event. The Marketing specialist is capable to establish the measurement / tools to monitor the outcome of Marcom event. The people owns annual Marcom budget and thus proactively conduct review meeting with FA, Marketing manager and BU on tracking the marketing priorities and the Marcom budget towards the plan.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree in chemical analytical, chemical engineering or related field;
? Demonstrate the potential on product marketing;
? Enjoy the event management and willingness to establish the best practice within Marcom team;
? Deep dive to the details but not lose the whole picture;
? 3-5+ years marketing / marketing communication experience in instrumentation / chemical / heavy etc B2B industry preferred;
? A mature personality and a team player;
? Good track record in managing projects and working with various team members to accomplish common objectives;
? Fluent in both written and oral English;
? Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and sound understanding of graphic design software;
? Willing to travel (10-20% out of total time).
