职位描述：
1、协助事业部总经理完成营业计划。
2、负责对市场、营销、客户服务的管理、监督，并确保销售部门的正常运行。
3、协调与生产、技术、品质管理、仓储货运、财务、人事等的横向关系。
4、独立完成开拓包装/书刊及商业印刷业务市场工作。
5、建立并维持与主要客户之间良好而长期的关系，从而不断提升公司在行业市场上的地位。
6、完成事业部总经理交办的其他任务。
职位资格要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历。
2、熟悉包装/书刊商业印刷销售工作，具有5年以上销售工作经验，3年以上销售管理经验及良好工作业绩者优先。
3、具有外企工作经验或服务外企客户的经验，有良好的英语交流能力。
4、具有市场开拓及客户维护的技能与方法。
5、具有较强的事业心和高度的责任感，良好的人际沟通与协调能力。
