Responsibilities:
? Develop account regional coverage strategic plan and execution
- Build up and maintain relationship with key account clients
- Assess opportunities and manage project with high sales growth potential. Assign the organization demand creation resources / competencies to maximize design wins, securing the involvement
- Co-work with team member to promote technology and value
- Co-work with team member to manage project progress and issues
- Co-ordinate account revenue forecast and logistics operations
Requirements:
- EE MS/BS
- Fluent English, verbal and written is a must
- Strong Team work and relationship expert that leads to identification of new business opportunities
- Self-motivated, open-minded and creative problem solver
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Communication experience is preferred
- Analog Semiconductor experience is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure
