职位描述
Job Responsibilities
1.Responsible for matching the development of regional human resources plan and the company's.
2.Training and reserve for high-level talent introduction and middle management staff.
3.The implementation of supervision, control, check the human resource development plans.
4.Organize the formulation of employee recruitment, employment, assessment, rewards and punishment, promotion, transfer, position and technical evaluation, personnel management policies, regulations and standards, and supervise the implementation.
Post Requirements:
1.Bachelar degree and above, with human resouces management professional a plus
2.More than 5 years working experience is in human resources management
3.To understand the modern enterprise human resources management mode and practice experience, to the human resources management of each function modules are deeper understanding, be familiar with relevant state policies, laws and regulations.
4.Have strong planning and implementation capacity; have affinity, and motivation, communication, coordination, team leadership, responsibility, dedication.
5.Good communication and interpersonal skills, organization and coordination, communication skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
