Job Title: Customer Service Associate (外服合同员工)
Location: Qingpu, Shanghai

Job Responsibilities:
1. Work with sales team to handle sales order, check inventory & customer credit limit and term, coordinate & follow up shipment, AR etc;
2. Deal with customer complaints, delivery sample and other information to customers as requested by sales;
3. Coordinate information flow with factory engineering as necessary to meet customer's special requirements;
4. Assist purchasing, invoice and payment arrangement to suppliers;
5. Ensure that documentation preparation including packing list meets customer/export/import needs to ensure delivery of goods.

Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, minim 3 years working experience in customer service;
2. Excellent PC skill and good command of English;
3. Knowledge on SAP;
4. Very positive working attitude, be able to work under pressure and take initiatives;
5. Good learning ability and willing to continuously improve with open mind.
