The role will:
Coordinates purchasing activities between suppliers and our

manufacturing, engineering departments and other departments from

different geographic region to maintain inventory at planned levels.
Buy the material or arrange relevant engineering according to relevant purchasing departments' requirement.
Search

appropriate suppliers and get the best price for the correct goods,get manager's approval.
Issue PO to suppliers and follow up

delivery or engineering completion.
Follow up suppliers' payment , collect all invoice to apply the payment to suppliers from Finance
Negotiate with supplier and reduce company's cost without quality reduction.
Do the job which are requested by Manager
Train current suppliers and improve their services and quality to achieve company's level.
Keep close communication with suppliers, and avoid any mistake and missing.
Compare the marketing, search best product and best price ceaselessly.
Cooperate with manager to search new suppliers according to company's requirement.
Develops new supply sources where vendors and suppliers inadequate, sometimes may need to escalation.
Resolve

incorrect invoices, shipping errors, cancellation of orders,

replacements of materials not meeting company specifications, and

engineering charges.
As required, monitors the cost, schedule, and scope of assigned subcontracts to assure best quality at best value.
May evaluate vendor's overall performance, such as capability, reliability and trade condition, etc.
