此职位有两个方向，具体信息如下：


一、前端CAD

工作内容：

负责数字电路的前端flow，包括DC，DFT，PT

要求：

1、微电子学或电路设计等相关专业本科或硕士学历，5年以上相关工作经验

2、精通DC工具，熟悉dct flow和upf flow更佳

3、精通fomality，pt等前端flow工具，有40或28nm项目经验者更佳。





二、数字设计工程师

工作内容：

负责design spec制定，RTL的coding，verification，配合FPGA工程师validation

要求：

1、微电子学或电路设计等相关专业本科或硕士学历，有3年以上相关工作经验

2、熟悉数字电路实现方法

3、精通数字电路实现的流程

4、具有CPU和DCU，USB，NAND等外设实现经验者更佳
