Responsibilities:
- Work out and manage the quality control document like Spec form and check list, PPAP and CPK for some special parts.
- Transfer the technical information accurately from our R&D team to vendors, including technical drawing, products spec form and check list.
- Guide vendor to find a correct manufacture process to guarantee a smooth production.
- Train and mange QC to fulfill a professional inspection process.
- Give R&D team a feedback from quality control aspect so can help R&D team optimize the design.
工作职责:
- 制作管理质量检验文件，诸如：规格表、检验核对表以及部分零部件PPAP/CPK.
- 与R&D紧密沟通，准确传达其技术信息至供应商，包含：工艺图纸，产品规格表以及检验核对表。
- 引导供应商探索正确生产流程以确保生产。
- 管理培训QC团队，以确保专业的检验流程。
- 依据质量检验，提供R&D部门反馈以协助R&D部门实现优化设计。


Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree holder with at least 5 years of working experience in relative field,
- Familiar with plastic mold and injection process, understand painting quality control. Good knowledge of metal parts.
- Very good knowledge of quality control procedure, document like PPAP，FEMA，CPK, etc..
- Familiar with the procurement activities, and factory evaluation
- Very good communication skill
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft such as Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook.
- Experience in project management is preferred.
任职要求:
- 本科及以上学历，至少5年相关工作经验。
- 熟悉塑料模型以及注塑流程，了解涂装质量检验；了解金属部件特性。
- 熟练掌握质量检验流程，及其相关文件，诸如：PPAP, FEMA，CPK 等。
- 熟悉采购流程以及工厂评估。
- 善于沟通。
- 能熟练使用办公室软件，诸如：Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook。
- 有项目管理经验者优先。

备注:本职位每月需1~2次visit 上海总部。
