Description:
1. Responsible for the sales, usage and technical problem solving of product and service that we provided to customer.
2. Responsibilities in product/technique:
(1) Provide introduction and training about product and technique with account team and assist to draw project suggestion;
(2) Draw usage plans about new product, line and technique for customer and be responsible for the implementation, stabilization and confirmation;
(3) Be responsible for solving the technical problem during the usage;
(4) Assist the account team with communication and establishing good relationship with customer and maintain the stabilization of the market;
(5) Help to draw operation manual about product and technique;
(6) Collect and report the development of the industry and analyze the competitiveness of our products.
3. Responsibilities in others:
(1) Guide and coordinate other teammates to fulfill the work required and ensure the effective cooperation;
(2) Responsible for the specific training for the staff arranged;
(3) Fulfill the required report and form timely;
(4) Complete other work required.
Qualifications:
1. Degree of college or above;
2. Rich experience in responsible product and technique, deal with kinds of technical problem individually, good communication and keep relationship with customer, good comprehensive ability;
3. At least 3 years experience in PWB and 2 years experience in professional product and usage;
4. Fluent in Mandarin speaking and reading, fluent in English reading and considerable ability in listening and written English;
5. Good skills in Microsoft office software.
