Responsibilities:
工作职责
？Plan and carry out daily production schedule. Administer Production shop floor activities to ensure quality product is produced and production schedule fulfilment rate target is achieved
计划和执行每日生产调度。监督和跟踪生产车间的实际生产质量与进度，确保完成生产计划。
？Facilitate shift based team daily meeting to optimize shop floor resources so that all key team & department KPIs are met
组织每日团队班组会议，优化车间资源，确保达到团队和部门的业绩指标。
？Monitor and analyse short & mid-term production capacity requirements. Trouble shoot and de-bottleneck production capacity as and when it's necessary
监督和分析短中期生产力需求，必要时及时发现和解决生产力问题。
？Manage and monitor work in progress (WIP) /semi-finished goods (SFG) inventory to ensure the traceability and accurately maintained
管控在制品的工作进度、半成品库存情况，确保产品的可追溯性以及准确维护。
？Initiate and lead in root cause analysis (RCA) for process and quality issues
了解并主导对于出现工艺和质量问题的根本原因分析
？Coordinate with the relevant department on reworking of slow moving and obsolete stock
配合相关部门再利用滞销品和淘汰产品
？Initiate and implement AkzoNobel Continuous Improvement Management System -PCPS, which is powered by TRACC
执行阿克苏诺贝尔功能涂料生产的持续改进管理系统
？Motivate, train/coach operational personnel and takes staff engagement as key source of competitive advantage
激励、培训和指导全体操作人员，提高员工的敬业度。
？Ensure all processes comply with fully align with AkzoNobel code of conduct, local compliances, HSES policies, SOP and quality management system.

Requirements:
任职要求
？Bachelor degree holder in Chemistry or engineering
本科以上学历，化学工程类专业
？Minimum 3 years on hand working experience in production shop floor, coating industry is preferred
三年以上涂料行业生产管理经验
？Knowledge in lean manufacturing and good trouble shooting skills
良好的解决问题能力，了解精益生产。
？Good supervisory skills, able to lead, motivate subordinate and a good team player.
具有良好的监督、领导能力
？Able to speak and write good English
良好的英语听说读写能力
？Knowledge in PC Skills (Microsoft - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
良好的计算机操作技能（Word， Excel，PPT， Outlook）
