职位描述
Project Manager
Report to: Project director
Key responsibilities:
1. Will have overall responsibility for the profitability of the project
2. To manage all aspects of project from start to finish
3. To coordinate with engineering dept and client on design and specification required, to ensure this is in line with company estimate provided
4. Coordinate internally with all depts. on the progress of the project, to hold weekly meeting
5. To control and monitor all costs incurred, liaising with company financial manager
6. To monitor any client changes and raise change/variation documents with client detailing any financial and schedule impacts of the change
7. Ensure all project documents are controlled and stored correctly
Requirements:
1. Ability to communicate and report progress with the client on a weekly basis
2. Experienced in fabricated structural steel, for mining, oil gas, industrial sectors, including export shipping by containers and break bulk
3. Used to working on projects with values up to 5,000,000 USD
4. Able to forward plan and indentify any risk areas to the management team
5. To have good working knowledge of quality requirements AWS D1.1,CWB W59
6. Must be able to use Microsoft Project for scheduling work activities
7. Good knowledge of Microsoft office software
8. Fluent in written and oral English
9. Must be a good communicator and team player
