工作内容:

• 通过和同事、教授、校友和供应商及总部伙伴的协作，准备和实施在中国大陆市场的MBA宣传相关工作。
• 发展新渠道，开拓目标客户，宣传MBA课程，持续改善和完成MBA招生数量和质量。
• 跟踪并向MBA咨询和申请人提供服务，完成MBA宣传和招生目标。
• 与MBA学生和校友保持紧密联系。
• 维护和更新MBA相关数据库。
• 支持MBA团队成员发展中国大陆业务。
• 为总部提供中国市场信息。
• 完成其他直接上级布置的工作。

工作要求：

• 学士学位及以上学历。
• 5年市场营销工作经验。有教育、培训或新媒体行业经验优先考虑。
• 中文和英文流利。
• 熟悉常用计算机软件，包括: Office、数据库、网页设计和SNS等。
• 具有良好的独立工作能力，并具备强烈的团队意识。
• 积极主动、自我激励的工作态度和优秀的人际沟通技巧。
• 个性成熟、乐观、稳重。
• 执行力强，做事仔细，注重细节。
• 能在一定压力下工作。
• 习惯于周末频繁出差

Role:
You will be responsible to develop business channels, promote NUS MBA Program and follow up MBA candidates in mainland China.

Location: Shanghai
Report to Director, Shanghai Office
Description:
Preepare and conduct MBA promotion related work in mainland China through cooperation with colleagues, faculty, alumni and suppliers as well as partners in headquarter and China.
Develop new channels to approach target candidates and promote MBA Program to continuously improve the quantity and quality of MBA admissions.
Follow up MBA inquiries and applications and meet MBA admissions target.
Keep close contact with MBA students and alumni.
Maintain and update MBA related databases.
Support MBA team members to further develop other businesses in mainland China.
Provide China market information to headquarter.
Perform other duties assigned by direct supervisors.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above.
5+ years'work experience in marketing and sales function. Experience in education, training and new media is preferred.
Good command of both Mandarin and English.
Familiar with popular PC software, including MS Office, database, webpage design and SNS, etc.
Work independently and as a part of the team.
Proactive and self-motivated work attitude and good interpersonal skill.
Mature and optimistic personality.
Must be a doer and attention to the details.
Willing to work under some pressure.
Comfortable with frequent business trips in the weekend.
