职位描述
Responsibilities:
·Administration tasks e.g. clarifying topics with office mgmt., organization of entrance cards, new starters etc.
·Payroll of staff
·Responsible for preparing job advertisements and relevant job descriptions according to specific needs;
·Responsible for staff personnel folders, like “Employment Contract”, “Job Offer”, “Staff” etc.
·To collect, record and keep track of local HR regulations and laws
·Maintain and update staff personal file
·Support recruitment activities such as posting, sourcing and recruiting for open positions as well as induction activities.
·Implement hiring procedures dealing with the termination issues
·Organize company events and staff activities
·Other duty assigned by HR Manager
·Keep up to date with current visa and government regulations.
·Manage and coordinate the employment visa process for incoming, renewing, and departing employees.
Requirements:
·Strong service-oriented attitude
·Knowledge of PRC HR policies and practices including local government legislation
·Knowledge of current visa and government regulations.
·Demonstrated analytical skills
·Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel and PPT) and internet
Personal Requirements:
·Strong communication skills in English, written & spoken
·Strong communication and organizational skills
·Ability to work well in multi-cultural environment
·Ability to work alone & unmanaged and to work as part of a team when required
·High motivation, sense of responsibility, self-discipline & willing to learn
·Bachelor degree
