Responsible for all the quality aspects of a multi product manufacturing operation.
This includes incoming part control and in-process quality operations as well as audits and system approvals and maintenance.
SHE(safety/health/environment) engineering is an additional area of responsibility.


Qualifications and Requirements
? Over 8 years “hands on” experience in quality related work and at least 5 years’ experience in quality management role, preferred in Packaging / Mechanical Engineering/ Automotive Industry Company.
? Bachelor Degree or equivalent; Major in mechanical / Engineering or safety engineering preferred. Certified Quality engineer qualification preferred.
? Deep understanding of quality continuous improvement, strong ability in pinpoint quality system weakness and strong initiative in coordinating related departments to improve.
? Effective problem solving skills with customer service mindset and highly aware of the business needs.
? Have superior mathematical and numeric skills, application experience in lean/6 sigma is preferred.
? Comfortable working with people from multi-cultural backgrounds and varying seniority levels.
? Knowledge about the Laws, regulations and instructions related to own special field; internal auditor is a plus, ISO 9001/14001/OHSAS18001 internal audit certificate is a must.
? Confident communicator in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
