职位说明：

1.负责喷漆及移印生产的日常管理

2.负责喷漆及移印生产人员的培训和考核

3.及时处理生产过程中异常事件，保障生产的运行

4.负责生产人员的管理，培训和考核

5.按照生产计划安排生产

6.管理喷漆及移印的生产效率，产品合格率和DPPM

7.合理的安排各产线管理主管及干部，控制加班时间

8.负责物料的消耗控制，持续降低改善

9.定期召开部门生产会议，不断提升生产业绩

10.针对产品的质量异常，及时分析原因提出改善措施

11.生产现场的 6s 管理

岗位要求：

大专及以上学历

有5年以上的外企工作经历和管理经验

有管理300人及管理经验3年以上

有5年以上的喷漆生产工作经验，有3年以上的生产管理经验

沟通能力和团队精神
