职位描述：
1、根据项目需求和策划目标进行各类游戏系统和功能的设计；
2、系统功能逻辑关系合理性改良；
3、部分系统功能UI的设计支持。
职位要求：
1、网络游戏行业1年以上相关工作经验
2、具备优秀的逻辑思维能力，清晰的大局观念和细致的工作态度，严谨的工作作风
3、.广泛的游戏经验、大量的游戏积累，了解各时代各主机不同类型的单机、网络游戏，熟悉市面上主流（非主流）游戏对各个系统设计的不同做法
4、熟悉游戏基本构成模块，熟悉游戏研发流程，能够评估创意与实现之间的相关技术代价
5、准确的理解能力，所设计的系统能够正确反映主策划指定目标
6、掌握用户心理，并以此为依据进行规则的优化（简化或深挖掘），来增强系统对用户的吸引力
7、优秀的沟通表达能力，精简、准确的文档表达能力，要求逻辑性和条理性强，易于阅读理解
8、熟练掌握Word、Excel、Visio等办公软件
以下条件优先：
1、骨灰级玩家，对于游戏有着偏执忘我的狂热
2、具有理工科系的本科或本科以上学历背景
3、长期网络游戏经历并对系统功能部分有一定归纳总结者
3、.广泛的游戏经验、大量的游戏积累，了解各时代各主机不同类型的单机、网络游戏，熟悉市面上主流（非主流）游戏对各个系统设计的不同做法
