职位描述
1.根据游戏的开发要求和运营现状，建立游戏的数值框架：设计和建立游戏的数值框架；设计和建立游戏的属性框架
2.为各系统提供数值模型和数据支持：为游戏各系统提供数值模型和数据支持；用理论证明数值模型的合理性
3.完善游戏数值系统的合理性、平衡性和持续可发展性：在游戏过程中不断完善数值系统的合理性、平衡性
4.临时分配的其他任务。

任职资格：
1. 教育、数学、金融相关专业本科以上学历。
2. 1年以上的数值策划工作经验；
3. 知识：具备一定的数值分析、政治经济学、货币银行学基础；
4. 技能/能力：具有合作精神，想象力和创造性，归纳思维，演绎思维，沟通能力，学习能力；
5. 热爱游戏事业，具有较强的创新精神和敬业精神。
职业要求：
1、能根据主策划数值要求进行深入分析，将各类数值公式完整表达，并保持全局数值可研性和平衡性。
2、有数学数值建模经验，至少参与过一款已运营网络游戏项目数值策划工作。毕业于数学专业者优先。
3、1年以上游戏年龄，半年以上大型网络游戏年龄，并对游戏内部经济体系如何维护 平衡有自己独道的见解者。对3款以上国内外知名MMORPG游戏有深入了解者优先。
4、对D&D规则有部分了解、有过大型MMORPG游戏公会或社团担任官员以上职务的经历者优先。
