职位描述
岗位职责：
1、产品部门的总体规划及相关具体计划的制定及实施。
2、产品部门的管理工作，提高产品部门人员的专业水平。
3、根据公司的运营策略制定具体的产品和运营计划，并确保各项工作计划得到有效、准确的执行。
4、根据产品内容和特点，向公司其他部门提供业务建议和素材。
主要工作内容：
1、制定产品的上市和运营计划
2、监督和管理产品团队成员日常工作，确保所有内容的有效性和准确性。
3、建立与开发团队之间的沟通机制及相关流程，保证相关产品工作能与开发团队及时、准确地沟通。
4、对产品进行严格测试保证质量、对产品内容及版本的管理和发布。
5、产品线上活动的策划及项目执行。
6、玩家需求的分析及玩家关系的组织管理，为具体的运营工作提供有效的信息、方案及机制。
7、运营数据的统计分析，为公司及运营决策提供客观、有效的信息。
8、以产品为基础或相关的增值项目的规划及执行。
9、向设计部提出公司产品网站的规划及需求。
任职要求：
1.至少五年以上游戏公司产品、运营相关工作经验；至少三年以上网络游戏产品运营管理经验，具成功网游产品研发及运营相关工作经验者优先；
2.出色的网络游戏产品规划和项目管理能力，良好的沟通能力；
3.精通互联网游戏产业状况及发展方向，深刻理解用户需求；
4.具备高度激情，充满想象力和创造力，热爱游戏事业，勇于接受挑战；
5.出色的工作责任心、团队沟通能力和吃苦耐劳精神，能够适应经常加班；
6.本科以上学历，英语4级以上，英语6级以上优先考虑，熟练掌握并应用OFFICE办公软件。
