岗位职责：

1、负责组织编制人力资源发展规划，确保公司可持续发展对人力资源的需求；

2、制定和完善人力资源管理制度；完善人力资源管理体系（包含招聘、绩效、培训、薪酬及员工发展等），

3、负责组织和监督企业各岗位绩效考核体系的制定与执行；

4、进行人力结构分析，提出人力结构优化方案，协助各部门进行岗位/机构调整；

5、对公司组织机构设计、员工奖惩、人事变动等提出方案和意见；

6、向公司高层提供有关人力资源规划、组织建设等方面的建议，并致力于提高公司的综合管理水平；

7、负责公司对内、对外的行政事务，日常工作的流程管理与改进；

任职资格：

1、35~45岁，本科及以上学历，男女不限；

2、人力资源、管理或相关专业本科以上学历；

3、五年以上人力资源管理经验，其中三年以上大中型企业人力资源管理经验；

4、熟悉国家、地区及企业关于合同管理、薪金制度、用人机制、保险福利待遇、培训等方面的法律法规及政策，有妥善处理协调劳资关系和纠纷的能力；

5、时间感及责任心强，敢于担当，能在压力下工作，适应短途出差；
