工作职责：
1、负责游戏项目整体程序系统框架的设计搭建工作；
2、负责程序部门的人员管理，任务分配及沟通协调工作
3、负责公司程序部与其它部门之间的协调工作；对成品游戏项目负责；

4、根据总监制定的策略，制定执行计划
5、部署、落实、执行计划
6、培训队员，使其胜任工作
7、辅导队员，使其保持好的工作状态
8、团队文化与集体荣誉感建设
9、解决技术难点问题

任职要求：
1、计算机或相关专业本科以上学历；
2、5年以上C++项目开发经验(有完整游戏项目 开发并成功运营的优先考虑；
3、对网络游戏服务器端及客户端相关基本模块均熟悉掌握；
4、具备良好的领导、组织、沟通及协调能力 ，并且具备很强的压力承受能力及危机处理能力。
