Title: Project Team Leader
Report to: NPL (New Product Launch) Mgr
Department: Engineering Department

Job Base: Fengxian, Shanghai

Duties:
1. Manage the process and critical path for Inflator products move to the ACI plant.
2. Manage the launch of awarded product to serial production.
3. Manage the inflator design evolution (Design Changes),
4. Localized Supplier ( Component & Equipment) Qualification.
5. Meet customer specifications, critical milestones, on time delivery, Quality Standards, and cost targets.
6. Ensure Comply with ISO TS16949 and AS100.
7. Manage the approval and implementation of product and process changes. ( Change Management
and VEVA Activity)
8. Direct Technical Inquiries to the Product Team Leader or Applications Engineer; ensure timely response is provided to the Customer.
9. Ensuring customer standards and specifications are met.
10.Lead the applications cross-functional team to achieve success in the area of cost, quality, delivery
and team morale.
11. Expend effort to ensure all interactions with ACI customers and outside suppliers are clear concise, valid and timely.
12. Establish standards and set example / role model of 5S and APS practices.
13. Update Gemba for responsible projects weekly.
14. Hold Weekly cross functional meetings for each project launch. Record meeting minutes and distribute.
15. Monitor and highlight any abnormal conditions within Project Timing / Critical Path which would jeopardize ACI SOP or Customer SOP.
16.Communicate / highlight Project Risk to Management in regards to meeting established cost targets, on time to APDS Tollgates, Constraints within the critical path defined for a project launch and or customer timing.
