Title: Supplier Quality
Report to: General Manager

Job Base: Shanghai, Luwan District

Core Responsibilities:
Team Management & Development
? Manage whole Supplier Quality Team performance.
? Give guidance to the team members on a daily basis,
? Lead supplier quality team and establish standardize supplier control strategy.
? Develop & motivate team members
Program Launch
? Program managing per new program launch procedure
? Report any problems affecting the on time and flawless launch
Product development
? Develop products according to new program launch procedure
? Submit PPAP sample and PPAP documents per PPAP requirement
? Prepare samples per sample request
? Conduct Run @ Rate on site
? Update action log sheet for program and provide the updates
? Monitor and update the timing of program
? Develop and PPAP engineering change per ECR procedure
? Work closely with supplier and provide supplier with assistance and guidance on procedure, process, gauging and documents
Product quality control
? Develop inspection/gauging plan for early containment
? Develop inspection/gauging plan for production
? Work with SQE/QA to schedule process audit
? Conduct process audit per schedule on site with assistance of SQE/QA
? Follow up and close all open issues found in process audit
? Specify measurement equipment and improve gauging methods
? Report any quality issue or technical/quality limitation at supplier to upper management
Problem Solving
? Work with suppliers to react upon any quality issue occurred. Review & approve suppliers' 8D report; action, track & close CA in a timely manner
? Assist SQE/QA with CAR or 8D report
? Establish action plan for open issues
Communication
? Keep and maintain smooth communication between customer and supplier on all technical and quality issues

Requirements
? College degree above in mechanical, automotive engineering;
? 5 years experience in components quality management of supplier, 2 years of management experience
? Familiar with TS16949 system
? Good negotiation and communication skills
? Good spoken and written English
