Marketing Supervisor市场主管
EF English First Kids & Teens Own School
Shenzhen, China


Synopsis:
As a Marketing Supervisor at EF English First Kids & Teens, act as the regional marketing leader you will join our Marketing team together to in charge of planning and implementing the marketing activities in the region to develop potential students from 3-18 years old.

The role:
The Marketing Supervisor position is an essential and key position in EF schools. The job holder is responsible for the marketing result of the whole region as well as each school in the region.

You will:
Co-develop school-based marketing plan with Regional Marketing Manager and execute the agreed plan
Work Proactively and closely with the Center Directors and staff to solicit feedback on the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns.
Develop and manage multiple marketing channels. Monitor channel effectiveness and make necessary changes.
Support ME to hire and retain a qualified promoter and teaching assistant
Drive internal marketing program to help generate more referral and recommendation leads and students.
Develop marketing business channel (partnership with local public and private schools, other kids education firm s, corporate deals, etc) and follow through execution.
Monitor offline activity productivity
Analyze spending efficiency
Calculate Promoter salary
Analysis Seasonal competitor
Develop and lead a stable and high performance team, incl. marketing executive, promoter team leaders, promoters and TA.

You have/are:
Min. 5 years of working experience. Experience in leading and coaching a team is a must.
FMCG trade/field marketing or education industry experience is a plus
Proven track record in driving business result through marketing
Good knowledge on Microsoft Excel to do analysis and report
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good organization and analytical skill
Full of initiative and able to follow through the ideas with plans and actions. Eager to share ideas and best

practice
Responsive to the needs and interests of consumers and schools
Ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure
Detail oriented, hands on and want to get involved.
Good communication and presentation skill.
Willing to work in weekend if needed and take leave in weekdays
